Acri (Associazione delle Fondazioni e delle Casse di risparmio italiane) is an independent, non-profit, Association representing the Italian Bank Foundations and Savings banks.
\nAcri supports its Members in order to achieve their institutional goals, safeguard their assets and\u00a0pursue economic development. It coordinates its Members&#39; activities and promotes joint and\u00a0common-interest projects even developing international relations and arranging actions and\u00a0projects with third parties.<\/p>\n

Acri represents its Members before the Foundation Supervision Authority\u00a0Acri cooperates closely with the Italian Banking Association (Abi) to deal with issues of common
\ninterest between Savings Banks and other banks.<\/p>\n

Yearly, Acri promotes the Competition \u201cACRI – Young Investigators Training Program\u201d aimed to\u00a0award visiting research fellowships. In 2017, the Department of Economics \u201cMarco Biagi\u201d,\u00a0University of Modena and Reggio Emilia submitted a project on \u201cRecent trends in the innovation\u00a0of financial systems: challenges for regulators and institutions\u201d to ACRI, the project is in\u00a0conjunction with Modena 2018 Wolpertinger Conference.<\/p>\n

The main research areas include:
\nBanking, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets and Instruments, Financial Regulation, Financial\u00a0Engineering. Thanks to the ACRI Program, twelve selected young nvestigators of different\u00a0nationalities working in research Centres outside Italy have the opportunity to spend at least one-month by Italian university Departments to carry out research activity.<\/p>\n

They also participate in the\u00a0Conference and the Pitch Session presenting their research projects.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text]
